Here at Absolutely Barking, we are a small family run business,

where we offer a superb 1-1 dog grooming service.

To help support your local business, we kindly ask you to bare in mind our cancellation policy when needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment made with Absolutely Barking.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may

need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

We require at least 48 notice on appointments being cancelled or rescheduled. This allows us to fill the appointment time with another client.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48hrs notice,

a cancellation fee of £20 (per dog) of your scheduled grooming service(s) will be incurred.

If you do not show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled grooming service(s), a new appointment will not be made until said fees are paid in full  PLUS your new scheduled grooming fee in advance, to secure your new booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments with less than 48hrs notice or who does not show up for scheduled appointments.
